This project was geared towards finding a successful cannabis cultivation site in the area of southern California, Riverside county. We explored the current environment in this location based on many criteria but mainly on local government friendliness towards cannabis entrepreneurship (Compliance ease towards licensing) and the overall economic investment to be made for a cultivation and distribution facility. We explored key components that included demographics, socio-economic capacity, disposable income markers, cultural activity, and events that would help promote the brand (mainly the Coachella Music Festival Venue that is held annually). Furthermore, we conducted a full financial analysis to promote investment. We took the most modern and updated cultivation technologies and extrapolated what type and kind of equipment and what numbers it would take to be profitable within the first year of production.
